The Application Process
Applications open 3- 4 Months prior to program commencement
Prior to applying, please consider the program commencement and completion dates that can be found in the program options below.
To be considered for this Working Holiday Program, we are looking for applicants that have:
Program 2025
September 2025 - September 2026
The Interview Stage
February – May 2025
Step 1 – You will receive a link after your application to book into an online Interview session.
Step 2 – Ensure you read through the website for all information, including the FAQs. Write yourself a list of your own questions
Step 3 – Attend your online interview
Training Session – UK
Last 2 weeks of June 2025
Attend your 1 day Training day in the UK. More information found here
Please note, all selections will be made after your training day.
Selections
Step 1 – Successful Applicants will be notified shortly after their training session in the UK and be sent an official Offer of Employment.
Step 2– Secure your position in the Program. Complete the enrolment form, including supplying the following information:
- Valid Passport
- Australian Working Holiday visa (Subclass 417). Apply your visa here. Tip: A successful Visa application will return an application status as “granted”
- Payment of your Program deposit fee – Due by 25th July 2025

Please note, we also have a program age eligibility requirement, making this program available for 20 – 35 year olds. However please contact us if you wish to enquire and you fall outside of this.
