The Application Process
Applications open 3- 4 Months prior to program commencement
Prior to applying, please consider the program commencement and completion dates that can be found in the program options below.
To be considered for this Working Holiday Program, we are looking for applicants that have:

September 2025 - September 2026
The Interview Stage
Step 1 – You will receive a link after your application to book into an online Interview session.
Step 2 – Ensure you read through the website for all information, including the FAQs. Write yourself a list of your own questions
Step 3 – Attend your online interview
Selections
Step 1 – Successful Applicants will be notified within 14 days, and sent an official Offer of Employment. You will be required to accept the offer within 7 days.
Step 2– Secure your position in the Program. Complete the enrolment form, including supplying the following information:
Valid Passport
Australian Working Holiday visa (Subclass 417). Apply your visa here. Tip: A successful Visa application will return an application status as “granted
Payment of your Program deposit fee
Step 3 – Get very excited, finalise any items at home and keep up to date with your emails! Your Program leader will guide the way! Click here to find out more about our Program support.

Please note, we also have a program age eligibility requirement, making this program available for 20 – 30 year olds. However please contact us if you wish to enquire and you fall outside of this.
